The transport of your order

Bevben.com strives to have your order ready within 24hrs following receipt of payment. You can follow your order all throughout its journey to you, from it’s preparation on our premises up until the moment it is delivered to you.

The delivery estimations are given as a guide, and the departure date is the day that the carrier company receives your order.

 

Example : An order with a delivery destination within France that is placed on a Monday before 2pm, will arrive on Wednesday.

Returning your order

Have you decided to return your items?

That’s ok, with Bev&Ben you have the right change your mind.

You have 7 days, from the date of delivery, to return your order. For example if you receive your order the 20th January, you will have until the 27th January to send it back.

Benefit from free returns via Colissimo to mainland France. No advance fees.
On your online store account, simply fill in the returns form, we will contact you in order to send you a prepaid return postage label.
You will therefore have the choice between an exchange, store credit or a refund.

In cases where a refund is requested, you will receive your money back within 48hours from the moment that we reintegrate your returned articles into our stock. An amount of 7€ will be deducted from the refund total to cover the delivery and return postage costs using a Colissimo voucher that is available to you.

Delivery costs to destinations abroad are to be paid by the client.

How do I return a product?

Returns are only accepted where the articles are received in perfect condition, have not been worn and have been sent back in their original box, which should also be in perfect condition.
The article must be able to be put it back on sale.
You can use the same cardboard packaging that was used to send your order.
Please Note : The returns label must be stuck onto the cardboard packaging, not on the shoe box.
